142 anglers attended with a total payout, counting door prizes and drawings, of $1,814.98.
This was an odd event with those anglers who usually do well not doing so and those who normally don't place near the money doing very well.

Hey Jim, where does the extra money from the reg tourney entries go? is that spilt into the big fish and oddfish pot?

EXTRA money????????The entry fee is $10 per person. Cripple Creek keeps $1.00. The Big Fish, Odd Fish, Flathead, and Kids pots are all payed back out at 100%. That dollar is used up pretty much by the cost of paper and ink for flyers, coffee and donuts, and to offset the cost of the 2 hats and 2 T-shirts that we give away at each tourney. We don't make much, if anything, on the tourneys. We make our money on bait and tackle sales.

All ok Jim, I was thinking the money from the tourney was 100% back to the payout.......It must have been a different Bait place that told me they pay back 100% from tourney entries and that they only made money on bait and Tackle and the 50/50 drawings......All the other giveaways are paid for by the sales.

I just thought maybe you did some adding wrong or something ;) :D
I should have known better though
