atrkyhntr mentioned in the Meander thread about the laws changing to criminal trespassing. I remember we had a sheriff deputy on the boards in the past. Would anybody in the know care to explain the difference between "regular" trespassing and criminal trespassing?
I do my fair share of commando fishing, was at it again last night and that tread had me thinking.
What's the difference in the level of seriousness?
Does this only apply to Meander or other govt. reservoirs, golf courses, company lakes?
Do you have to be warned first then the second time caught it's criminal trespassing?

  2. there is a real fine line here...criminal trespass is trespassing with the intent of comiting a crime (such as keep the fish you caught)
if you have been warned then you know your breaking the law and that would bring a criminal trespass as well

  3. You have been warned! :p Next time its jail!!! :D :D
