creamy corn feticcini with blackened walleye

  1. sauteed some onion and garlic then added some fresh corn off the cob. sauteed for few more minutes then added some corn water, cream, and basil. boiled some fettucinni noodles and added that to the mix. threw in some grated parmesan, cherry tomatoes, little lemon juice, salt/pepper. topped with some walleye that i pan seared in hot cast iron pan with "jamaicain jerk" seasoning. mmmm....wonderful stuff!
