Took my boat out for the first fishing trip this season.Started yesterday morning in front of Crane Creek in about 20 ft. of water. Picked up 3 eyes(16,17,19 good eaters) all on gold blade mayfly rigs. 12 to 15 count. Seems like they were up off the bottom a bit. Nothin on my bouncer. Even got 2 8 in. eyes (good sign).Slowed after 10 so went perchin. 2 miles n of intake, 24 ft. water. Was a little slow but good grade. Ended up with 20, all over 8 in. Was afraid to move, didn't want quanity over quality. Naked spreaders. Couldn't ask for a better day.
