Fished 35ft just East of Castle from 5:15 till 7:15 and caught our 12 casting mayfly rigs with gold blade and a 1/2 oz barrel sinker. Fun to cast for a change. On the radio it seemed the trollers were doing better with cranks vs spoons. 3 guys at the ramp had 18 in 1 1/2 hours with reef runners. Hope the fish stick around.

Nice, I enjoy casting for them.

Did you use the new fish cleaning table I just built for Cranberry?

We fished out of Cranberry also monday evening, from 6:15 to 7:30. We were west of the marina towards the stack, 28' to 32' deep, with 4 rods (2 spoons, & 2 cranks). It was crazy! Lots of sheephead, & white bass, probably 30, plus 12 walleyes. Many times we had 3 rods going at once. That makes it tough for 2 people, especially when your trolling into the wind & you've got to stear, reel, & net. But I'll take it any time!

Were those 3 guys the ones with the Alaska plates on their truck that were pulling out at 7:30?

Yes, The fishing is on fire down here. The fish cleaning station Lundy built for the Marina is awesome. We have had more compliments than you can imagine.
It is lighted and has running water. We just ask that the people who use it, take care of it.
He truly outdid himself. We greatly appreciate it.
Lundy, tell Ma the fish fry is on!

JOHNB,
Yes, they were the guys with Alaska plates.

Have not used the cleaning station. One of these days I will give it a try. Thanks, Jason
