What has happened to the wind recorded info at Conneaut & Geneva? First Conneaut & then Geneva has stopped recording this info. Is this going to be permant or temporary?

May as well stop recording ! ......'cause it can't be trusted to be an accurate read for waves anyway.

Watched Geneva postings last week after a couple days of nasty weather and finally had wind numbers in the single digits for an overnight period,, which SHOULD produce the "less than 2ft" waves NOAA called for in their report.....yah right! cleared the breakwall at Conny and got slammed with 3 to 4ft rollers with caps atop them. Made for a frustrating short day!

Geneva's location is very unreliable for anything less than ENE-W, you just have to take that into consideration when looking at it. It's tucked in way to close to shore.
