This is not meant to start/incite a political discussion. I'm just wondering if anyone knows where to go to find out how a member of congress voted. I've been wandering around on the Congress.gov website for about 2 hours and I haven't had any luck.

  2. Do a google for 'congressional voting record'

    Lots of choices

In the upper right of that site you can type in your zip code and it will take you to the elected officials of that area with some voting history.

  4. I get email news letters. You can sign up on their websites.

I'm relatively certain there is a link directly on congress.org where you can sign up for that. If I remember right it is near the right side of the page, but not near the top. I signed up a little over 2 weeks ago while I was researching a troubling bill (HR 45).
