Columbus - Sunday 4/18

Discussion in 'Central Ohio Fishing Reports' started by Lysis, Apr 18, 2004.

  1. Spent the good part of the day on a private lake just outside the city of Columbus. Two small largemouths (9-10") and one good size crappie on chartreuse worms after 6 hours of fishing heavily stained water with occasional gusts of wind.

The panfish fishing has strangely enough been fairly slow -- I've been catching more bass than slabs over the last two weeks (not that I'm complaining :D ). Despite the recent warm trend, the water probably still needs to warm up more.
