The Scioto is in good shape right now, barring any rain this week.

  3. Spent an hour two days ago on the Scioto just south of the O'Shay dam. Only there and hour and plucked a few small bronzes. Green tubes swam through the eddies below the rapids. For some odd reason, they wouldn't pick it up off the bottom in the pools. Water is clear to slight stain. A good time for sure.

  4. Everything around here is so low that it will take alot of rain to make it muddy. Even if we get hit tomorrow, should clear up in couple of days. Hit scioto last week and did decent on some plastic tube craws. Caught half dozen smallies, and a 10 lb carp on the 5' stcroix ultra light. Man was that a blast!

    Good Luck
  5. Thanks for the info. I will take my road along and a pair of shorts, cant fish in a suite.
