  1. even though ihave spent my summers the past 10 years in vermilion,
i am a new official resident of ohio, therefore i now hunt here in the state, i am trying to decide if this expo is worth driving 1.5 hours to see this weekend for a fairly new bow hunter(6 years) and i decided to lean on the expertise of this forum to help me decide cleveland show or deer an turkey expo this weekend..
    thanks for you input

  2. it is and it is not...
if you go get there 1hr before it opens and beat the crowds
because it can get nut to butt in that place quick...
if you go early it is worth it...

  3. I agree with turk, it can get real crowded real quick. If you like lookin at deer mounts then its worth it. A few of the seminars are good. As for the price of things they are about the same as any store.

I was thinking of going Friday morning, for my first trip there ever. If the crowd is beat, is it still worth going? I'm pretty much a beginner on both species, but I'm looking to learn. What do ya think Clyde?
  5. If you beat the crowd..
go in and take a quick look around so that you can find things
that interest you then go back and see them...
don't site see at 1st glance...
hit some seminars later and you should have fun...
if you are still a novice at both species then its well worth it...
keep your $$ in your pocket till you now what is right for you then purchase it next year... if it sounds too good to be true it prob is...
