Make sure the Scioto is low and head back to the spot we hit last year. Head upstream, there are a TON of carp/buffalo in that stretch. Anywhere north or south of there too. The Scioto, and Alum Creek are definately the best wadeing spots in Franklin County to arrow some big minnows.
