does anyone know of an easy way to clean catfish? all advice would be helpful
I filet them with a sharp knife. Actually take the filet off of each side of the whole fish leaving the head attached and the belly contents untouched. Then you can lay the filets skin side down and filet the skin off. Then remove all dark colored meat including slicing out the center line. This will leave four with two filets per side of all white meat.
go to wall-mart and get a pair of "catfish skinners". my god man, dont use pliers!
