Any of you guys ever have shoulder trouble for throwing a castnet?..I have thrown mine alot this year, and now cant raise my right arm above my head without it hurting like heck.

My shoulder gets a little stiff after a long session with the net....but the biggest trouble I have is the rope cutting a patch of skin off my right hand when I throw.

Its been a week now since I've been out...and it is still sore and raw....burned the skin all the way off in an area about the size of a quarter just above the first nuckle on my thumb....OUCH!

I am sure I'm not doing something right, just can't figure out what it is.

not so much the shoulder but it is messed up anyhow, but the back gets it from the torque of the twist I suppose. the back cracker sees me alot this time of year.
