I fished Buttonwood this morning from 7:30 - 11:30. Caught two jacks (21" & 20"). Caught one fish at 8am, one at 9 am, and lost one at around 11 am. Saw 1 guy catch his limit and them some, a couple guys with 2, a few singles, and several with empty stringers. White head with pink tail was the hot color. You really have to work for them, but there are some fish in there. The regulars that I talked to said that the morning bite has been much better than the afternoon. That being said, me and my brother are going to try tomorrow afternoon when he gets in town. It's supposed to be another cold one. Pray for rain. Later.
