anyone close enough to the chag or rock to report on the effect of the snow meltoff and downpours we recieved last night. Seems like the flow gauges are working again. I assume the rivers are way blown has the ice washed out? if we maintain above freezing temps and stave off rain/snow we will hopefully have opportunities coming....

my buddy and I actually fished the rock today and it should be a couple days before she's in prime shape. No luck, only stayed about an hour just to try out the new rod. Rain at the end of December really sucks!!!

Just as you suspect, blown rivers and the ice is moving. Still there but moving.

If it stops raining NOW the rock won't fish until AT LEAST sunday. Any further rian will prolong fishable water. That being said except for ditches the weekend is probably a wash.

  4. Good luck fishing the ditches this weekend. 50 degree temps, limited holes, everyone home for the holidays...no thanks.
