boat question

    i have the opp. to buy a 1978 larson 20 ft 115 johnson boat. mint condition for 4000.00 buks. are these boats good lake erie material?

    not sure if id pay $4000.00 for a 1978 boat. reguardless of condition. just my opinion:)but, i have no experience with larson boats.

    hes rite a 78 is old but wats the age of the motor? And they are not exactly lake erie material but they would work. decent brand of boat though... I would go check it out ur self and see wat ya think bottomline

    just to darn old, even just siting in a garage ,they age, , the motors rubber parts ,have detriated.

    Just for thought, My parents sold there '79 Larson 18' open bow with a '79 150 Evinrude for $2250. I think you could do better.

    I had one,18' 1979 Larson Trihull with a 150 and I paid $1500 about 10 years ago.
