Benefit Catfish Tournmaent for Hometown Wounded Warrior....Army Spc Josh Sommers.

Spc Sommers was wounded while serving in Afghanistan this past year. He is native Ashland resident who needs some remodeling done at his home for assistance. Spc Sommers remains paralyzed in his left side of his body, blind and only has 40% of his hearing.

All money raised will go to the Josh Sommers Benefit Fund at Farmers Bank in Loundonville, Ohio.

Entry fee will be $25 per team with an optional "Big Cat Entry" of $5*.
*This money will go to the angler with the largest catch.

Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. All prizes will be donated from local businesses.

Tournament is July 23rd at 7:30 pm at the public launch ramp at Charles Mill Lake Park off of St. Rt. 430.

- There will be 1-2 fisherman per team on boat or land. A 3rd team member is permitted if under the age of 16 with a max of 4 rods per team.
- Any catfish species is allowed
- A max of 4 fish can be weighted per team and fish must be alive at time of weigh-in. Must be over 15 inches to be weighed.
- Fishing will begin no earlier than 7:30 pm. Check in will be at 5:00 pm and fishing will end at 2:30 am on July 24th. You must have an ID for check-in.
- You must obey all Ohio Boating and Fishing Laws.
- No trot lines, jug lines, log lines, etc.... Must be caught on rod and reel.
- At least one member from each team must be in the weigh-in line by 2:30 am.
- No alcoholic beverages of any kind.
- If not keeping the fish, stringer must be used through lower lip of catfish.
