went fishing mogadore today and an hour before dusk me and my friend saw a seagull sitting in a cove and out of know where a MONSTER largemouth bass jumps from under the gull and tries to eat it the gull flew away squawking and wasn't eaten never seen something like that happen before.....

yea ive seen a musky chase a duck didnt get it though

I saw a pike pick off a duckling at Hinckley when I was 10...of course that was 20 yrs ago. From what I understand that was near the end of when pike could be usually found in the lake without a whole lot of trouble

Saw a largemouth take out a small duckling at Mogadore years ago.
Momma cruising right up on the bank with four babies. There was a boil, flash of green and the last little guy in line was no more. Rest of them scurried up to mom and followed her onto the shore.

Those bass will eat anything.

When I was little, I watched what might have been 2 or 3 pretty large large mouths pick off a family of ducklings on a private lake. A family of 5 were swimming across a bay, next thing you know, one disappeared...then another...then another. Only 2 made it across, plus mom.
