I need a good baked ham recipe , The ham is Boneless ,Fully cooked, and is about 12 lbs.

  2. Here's my personal favorite....although I'm not great writing down recipes...I just kinda wing it...

2 cans of pineapple rings (reserve juice)
1 bottle of maraschino cherries (reserve juice)
1 beer of choice (I like to use Honey Brown Lager)

    Glaze:

    1 jar of Orange Marmalade
    Hot pepper sauce to taste
    Pineapple Juice
    Cherry Juice
    1 cup Amaretto

Preheat oven to 350. Put the Ham in the pan, and put a pineapple ring on, then a cherry in the middle, and stick the cherry with a toothpick. Do this all over the ham, until it is covered, or you run out of the rings and cherries. Dump in a beer to keep it moist. (You can add some water later on if it starts getting low on liquid)

Bake at 350 degrees. Mix glaze ingredients together, and baste the ham 3-5 times during the cook. Pull ham when it reaches 150 internal.

That should give ya a little idea of the stuff we use. We normally make this in the dutch oven while we are camping. It makes for a good meal with some Scalloped Potatoes.
