Anyone been out on the lake fishing for anything besides catfish? My son wants us to go this Sunday. Trying to find out if anything is biting to make it worth the drive and expense to go. Even though spending time on the water with my son is reason enough, just curious if we can expect to catch anything.

Had a change of plans and cant go out on Saturday so i went tonight. I pretty much stayed on the east side of the lake. Didn't really get any thing going with the eyes picked up 5 only one keeper at 16.5" didn't get two eyes in the same spot. I did get a nice bass on a crankbait 17". Water temp was 80-83
