Anybody been able to fish rivers/creeks lately?

Discussion in 'Central Ohio Fishing Reports' started by cllmsl1, Apr 4, 2008.

  1. On Sunday I was planning to fish for a few bronzebacks on the darby down on the south end near Grove-tucky. I was just wondering if anyone has been able to wade any of the local rivers, or if overall the water has been to high?? I've been to usgs.gov and kept tabs on the real-time water tables, but sometimes you don't know until you ask around. Thanks for the time and info. Andy

  2. i was jogging over by the darby yesterday on the south end, it is still running pretty fast, although it is in better shape than the scioto or tangy. but it did rain quite a bit last night so it might be back up , it was at least in its banks and down some yesterday.

I was wondering the same thing...does anyone take part in the bass fishing in the Big Walnut Creek in the spring? When does that run get started?
