Showed up Sat. morning just before the rain and caught one keeper eye soon as I put my line in the water Jig/crawler. Then the perfect storm showed up and started to rain on me so hard I could hardly breath. I hooked another keeper and lost him at the boat. Then the lightning started and I said the hell with it. Sun. evening about 7. I caught 4 dink eyes and 3 smallmouth jig and crawler again. All of this is south of cheshire doing the usual point routine. The water is perfect to me which is rising and stained. It is almost on the sidewalk at the marina and I'm sure is there now after last nights rain. We got hammered and I live about 1.5 miles from the ramp. Not sure how much longer the real muddy water will stay north of cheshire.
