I know the Reef bite slows later in the mornings, but does it pick up in the afternoons? I want desperately to get up there this weekend, but it looks like I wont be able to make it until later in the day.

Right now, it doesn't matter what time you fish. On Saturday I took a group out and we didn't get a line wet until noon. We ended up catching probably 100+ by 2 in the afternoon. Don't worry about the time, just get out there and you will find them.

We fished for 2 hrs Monday evening at Turtle creek when the wind dies just enough to let us get out.

We caught 30 some fish in 2 hrs with 3 guys in rough conditions and a very fast drift. The fish were not as fast as early morning but you shouldn't have any problems catching them in the evenings for the next couple of weeks at least.
