It's about ready to hit the river again !! Levels are dropping quickly.
I just saw 38 feet by Monday or Tuesday- must be more rain out east killing us.
The new boat isn't ready to rock and roll just yet anyway so it isn't eating at me yet, but in a couple weeks when I want to go out, I hope Mother Nature cooperates. I can't wait to get out and cruise the river a bit. Haven't caught a cat since I went out with KenG back in February.
3 years in a row the river has been nasty. It's getting old.
Here I was hoping I could maybe hit it tomorrow, but I don't think so.
Looks like I may be going carp fishing again tomorrow I figured i'de at least got to the fish the river a few times by now since I live so close to it but nope.
Links.......we must be reading different info.....I got it dropping everywhere

When I saw it yesterday it was still up in the trees if that means anything?
When I read your post, I went to the river levels link I have bookmarked- the same link you have. I saw the river going UP through the week, up to 38 feet. Now when I click on the link, it shows me the chart you posted.
Twilight Zone or something. I'm glad of that, trust me. I'd rather see 28 feet as opposed to 38 for sure. Maybe I'll even get to take my boat out sometime this year if things go well. LOL
Come one clean and green!!!
I crossed the river on I-275 near Lawrenceburg about 20 minutes ago and I can say that it is down out of the trees. It is still pretty muddy-looking, but I didn't see much in the way of debris. If the weather stays decent, the river should be in great shape for the weekend.
