I know many of you have probably already read it, but for those that haven't, I would HIGHLY suggest the book A Sand County Almanac by Aldo Leopold. I'm only on page 47 and have already been moved and enlightened by it. The imagery and discriptivness is amazing. I think this is a must read for any Outdoors person out there. Best $8 i have spent in my life hands down.
  2. I have read it and yes it is a great book. This reminds me that I should read it again since its been 5 years since I read it last.

  3. any person who considers themself a sportsman and appreciates conservation should have this book in there arsenal. Its a classic and a great easy to understand read about conservation efforts learned the hard way by trial and error back in the early 1900's.
