Fished and scouted the Olentangy River on Saturday afternoon. Came up empty, but the river was high and very cold; was using woolly buggers and streamers along the bank and in the slack water. I picked up some trash on my way out, the section I fished was absolutely gorgeous (lot's of islands, riffles, excellent wading water) and didn't like the garbage ruining it. I hope the water quality is good, it would be a shame for a river that looks like that to be abused. Hopefully it'll warm up enough for my early May trip.
