Was going to head out today and do some fishing, but discovered that my batteries were dead(I keep them hooked up on a solar charger).
I had the boat out last month with no problems.
I hooked up my 3 bank charger and it lit up on check connection leds instead of the charging on.
The wiring and condition of everything pretty much pointed out to blown fuses.
Problem was they would not open. I, along with a buddy and then a mechanic where O store my boat tried.
Question is. Are some of those yellow fuse holder molded so they won't be open to
I'm in Columbus, near Grove City, boat is stored in GC, but money thin right now. I recently became unemployed. I'll become officially retired come my bday in August
I put the new fuses in and after a little wait the battery charger is indicating charging. Again, thanks Saugeyefisher. I'd probably would have caused myself much more work clipping those fuse holders off and having to solder new ones to the wiring.
I'm making progress. One battery showed full charge. Hopefully, the other 2 will follow suit.
