Jim are you going to be out today? I may put in at Catawba and stay more east today and find some bigger fish with the slightly warmer weather. Text or call if you want.

      Hey Jim,

Dan Armitage here, surfing for info on the Geneva-on-the-Lake area, where I'll be visiting this weekend with the boat in tow. 'Hope all is well with you and yours. It's my first time fishing there on my own; if you or anyone else has any info to share on where and how to troll-up some walleyes off the state park, where we will be based, bring it on... and thanks!

Dan, there's quite a charter fleet there. I have no current info, but you should be able to find them. They'll be spread out usually. Dipsys and harnesses are good. #1 dipsy with the ring.

Good luck. Nice to hear from you.

Hey Jim I am headed back up this weekend for the first time in 3 weeks. Are the perfect 10's with a 1oz weight still a good option to target those fish in the 15 foot range. We had a lot of success early with them running at 1-1.5 mph I'm just not sure how they will do at about 2 mph. Or would I be better served still running RR's and DHJ's

Jim, I may be headed up to Mazuriks Saturday or Catawba with a couple guys and our kayaks. I know most of the bigger fish are up by the islands but in your oppinion do you think we might be able to locate any 1-2 miles out of the launch or off of East Harbor beach?

Jim, Thanks for the heads up on the fishing spot yesterday. We had a fun day, and caught some big ones....finished with 8 over 8 pounds. 10 was biggest. I made a friend with a guy named Paul who was fishing lewt today. he was checking out our fish, and fishing the same general area as us at the end of the day. He finished 2nd in the tournament. Lane
