I lived in Nevada before coming here and there I would fish for stripped bass in Lake Mead. I would go out there around 2 AM when it was cool and would fish for catfish until about 5 am when shad and some shiners would begin to come out and I'd use a casting net to catch bait fish to fish for strippers for the next few hours. Now, I'm not too familiar on all the technicalities of Ohio fishing laws, such as if we can even use casting nets for bait fish, or how many poles we can use at a time...If anyone can post up a site or just plot down some of these laws and regulations that would be greatly appreciated.

Most regulations should be here: http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/wildlife/.../regs05_06.htm
You should also receive a copy when you buy your license. If not, you can get them any place that sells licenses.
Note: There are some regulations regarding cast nets.
