Headed out of Lakeshore park with a co-worker,Rattler and special appearance by HET!! Went north to 73 FOW and it was on. Had our 4th ticket filled by 10:30. No fun fishing because the fish were engulfing the harnesses and a release would be fatal to them. Program was inlines 109-119 and dipsey's 1@85 and 3@117. Dipsey's were by far the best today. Pink back blades in single willows, Colorados, and hatchets all worked. We had a blast as we always do with the swift humor of Het aboard!! Steve lets do it again soon!!!
Had a ball, as usual. It's nice when the fish cooperate from the time you set the first line till you pull them in to wrap it up. I haven't hit the lake since me, you, and Rattler tore em up out of Cleveland on May 27th. Thanks again for having me aboard.
Good work guys - you are killing me with all of the hot action. I have been stuck out of the country for a while and not able to fish. Last time I wet a line was July 4th, and before that it was early June. Wont fish for Walleye again until Sept if I had to guess! Brutal year, but at least someone is getting them.
SHHH,everythings a big secret on the eastside this year...........
Just for the record (to others who may not catch the humor in these posts), eastside guys help out as much as anyone else. I myself have given program info, engine/electronics/boat help, and/or coords to over half a dozen folks mentioned or posted in this thread alone, including yourself Chuck!
i can honestly say the guys here in the central basin has made my fishing much better than it would have been without all the help. kudo,s to all you guys.
they may kid around alot but when someone like me who only gets up there a couple times a year needs alittle help, i have no trouble getting on here and finding the right program and a good general location of where to start fishing. thank you guys one and all for your helpful posts and personal help. its the guys like you that makes ogf a great place to be. hope someday to meet more of you guys.

I was merely making an observation. That is all.

"You'd think that after years and years of doing the same old thing thing on Lake Erie, that this walleye fishing would get old...But, it never does..."
Nice job on all the fish I did not fare as well but got 3/4 of our limit had a good time sunday but sat was real good we waited till 7pm to head out got to the 08 straight out fished 1 and a half hours and got 9 by dark was a great time sunday was just bad luck I new it would be when a screw popped on the windshield on the way out and seperated the two glasses apart and had to stop and repair but all in all a great day.
Good to hear Het got out. I think I saw Got One a few weeks ago, when the lines on Embassy Pkway in Fairlawn were getting painted. Our Erie boat is in the shop, but we took Sunday to do some break-in for the motor on my Pop's new 16 foot Lund, out on Mosquito.
Good job on the eyes. took a buddy out of Lakeshore also and punched our tickets by 10:30. Changed things up and used stick baits and spoons on dipsysn used only 2 wormS and got junk so saving them for next time. Thanks Workdog for advice even though I didn't use ur hot program. Whoops the fishing was so good even forgot to turn radio on. Nice grade of fish out here on Eastside.
