Default Buckeye Lake water level

Can anybody give me a report on the water level at Buckeye Lake. My wife found a nice house to rent right on the water but I am suspicious why it is available.

Levels should be fine. Maybe a little low cause of the lack of rain. They wond start drawing the lake down until middle of november.

Id say dog days of summer is the reason the rental is available(never looked into one so dont know for sure)

Thanks for the info. We are going for R&R. Not really looking to catch fish but was going to take the boat to explore, leisurely cruise, and maybe pull some of my kids around on a tube.
Never been down there so will look around for places to walk, restaraunts to eat at, etc.

Last weekend it seemed to be down about 18-20 inches from normal level. Depending on the size of your boat watch the channels and the toe path off cellars point. Water off liebs island ramp was pretty low. We were churning up mud.

water is down about 10 inches from normal summer pool. about 16 inches from spring pool. you are okay though, just dont cut near areas with your motor trimmed all the way down where there are banks full of driftwoods and waves that look like a beach because that means very shallow!
