Default Clear Fork - Anyhow know how the Bass are biting?

Hello everyone - hope things are going well for folks!

Say, I'm going to head up to Clear Fork to a little Bass fishing tomorrow - anyone know what the good word is up that way? I've not been able to get up there this year (thanks to work lol) and was just looking for how things were going with the ole bass?

Thanks in advance for your time/input as it will be greatly appreciated!

I'l also make sure to get back and post how things went for anyone else who might be interested on how things are going as well.

Tight lines and watch your top knot!

They are biting I've heard. Topwater around weeds, and dragging baits on the offshore humps.

Default Getting back as promised!

Well,

I did not get to Clear Fork on Thursday as planned. I got called into work and had to work. I'm heading up to Clear Fork now and will fish there this evening and all day tomorrow as well! I'm VERY stoked!

Anyone else been out? Its a great lake, just wish I did not live 2 hours away!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Thumbs up Updating as I promised

Well fishing at Clear Fork was awesome as it was last year for the first time.

I enjoyed my time on the water and managed to have great success for ole bucket mouths!

I caught lots of bass. Here is a pic of the largest of the bass I caught - it weighed in at 4.52 pounds.

I have to say this year I've not been able to get out as much as I usually like to, but was quite pleased I took the time to visit Clear Fork - wish it was a bit closer to me! It's a decent place with many quality bass and lake features that bass just love!

All bass I catch are photographed and released!

As for musky! I saw 4 and 2 of them were HUGE! The biggest musky I saw followed my buzzbait all the way to the boat...was very sweet - it sat there for a few second "looking at me" then just meander away! Musky are very impressive predators - one day I'd like to learn about musky and fish for them.
