Thumbs up Like Lobster? Try this old timer catfish recipe!

For those of you that love catfish, and even you guys that eat it as a last resort...give this simple old timer recipe a shot...especially you mosquito lake fisherman that can't seem to catch anything but cats out there (like me )...take a cat filet and cut it into 3 or 4 inch long pieces, boil those pieces in 7UP, that's right, 7UP...the meat will firm up a little and when dipped in butter, has a semi-sweet, juicy taste a lot like lobster...give it a try...(tricked my ole lady into eating it and she actually loved it cooked this way...he he he)

Hey dynamo, boil it based on how firm you like your fish...it will get nice and bright white and start to float and then i take it out, just a few minutes will do. enjoy

Honestly, if you are just a casual lobster eater, you would be hard put to tell the difference! Even the bigger cats that can get 'fishy' benefit from this recipe. Hope y' all like it.
