Default White Bass hitting at CEI Wall In Eastlake

Everyone:

The white bass are hitting like crazy at the break wall by CEI in Eastlake. Most are small, but I caught about 60 in 2 hours this evening. Hopefully the coming weeks will bring in the big ones!

Thanks, I can't walk on the breakwalls anymore and didn't know of this place. it looks easy enough to fish for me and the 6 year old.

Its all paved so its easy access. To catch the white bass you need an agitator attached to about 3 feet of line with a fly or small attached. If you stop at the little shop at the corner of lakeshore and erie, they will tell you what you need. Good luck!

No problem. I would go the white bass route though. I had a crappie rig on the bottom for 2 hours the other night with crawlers when I was throwing the agitator and got no bites. Give me best to your son!
