Is there any place close to Delaware to buy minnows beside on rt 223 if they still have them

Only place I'm aware of is Obee's citgo on 23, just south of the dam, west side of 23.

Almost forgot...I think the marina at the state park used to sell em...still might?

There is a place on 229 just West of 23 that sells them. I can't remember the name of the place though?? They have a nice bait shop/ carry out.
