Default Garlic Mustard

Anyone eat this green? It is an invasive, and I have a ton of it. I read that the roots are like horseradish, so I might make a paste of it.

I have this on my list but haven't tried it yet. I've read of people using the leaves. Curious to hear how the root is ? I've seen this stuff growing all over. Post back when you get a chance to try some.

Well, it looks like prime time for it is over. The leaves are all dried up and the plants wilting. I found a good one and chewed it, tasted like clover with a hint of garlic. I want to pull it up, since it is an invasive, so maybe I'll use the seeds for something.

I've added young leaves to salads. they do have a garlicy taste. They are stronger as the season progresses.
