Default Sufix 832

Just put 10lb test on my new combo, I noticed when I'm reeling it in it tends to wrap loosely around the bottom of my spool. Also it somehow formed a knot in it, I cut it and pieced them together with a double uni knot. Any advice? One thing I liked was every time I got snagged at the river I was able to free it, I didn't lose any lures.

When you first spooled your braid did you put mono on for a few wraps or a piece of tape? If you did not do this the braid will slip on the spool. When I first fill a spool with braid I like to go to a lake and let all of the line out with a lure on as if you were trolling, then reel it back in.
