6/24 Sunday was the first trip in two years Been fishing every year since 1987. But the high gas prices kept the boat covered last year We went past the Euclid beach pack and stopped few miles west, by the goldcoast in 38 FOW, just a couple boats around 1/2 mile away. Fished same STRUCTURE spot untill 12 dozen minnows were gone ! steady all morning with 1 FO perch and alot over 11" threw back 45+ perch under 9" . Four of us keep over 100 nice fat perch We caught some huge sheepshead (27" incher) Then around 11:30 went out to 65 ft and started trolling with meat and spoons marked tons of fish, but no eyes in 3hrs just junk fish
