New London Res Update

Anyone fished New London recently? I was thinking of heading up (about an hours drive for me one way) but wanted to see if anyone was catching smallies or walleye? If so, what times are best, what depths were you fishing, etc. would be helpful to make the trip worth while. Thanks for any advice.

i went today. first time there in like 12 yrs. wow! the water is way down i thought. was tuff fishin. very windy n gusty. wanted to jig n pig and plastic worm fish. but it was tuff. had to spinner bait and crank bait the calmer shoreline. got skunked!!!!!!!

Wow, that is low.....wonder how that affects them? Can't be good.
