Default Advice on Musky leaders

Going to Pymatuning tihs weekend and hope to hook up with a musky. If I am so fortunate, I'd like to be prepared. I'll be throwing 1-2.5 oz baits on a Megabass White Python with a Z2020 reel...spooled with #25 Big Game. This is my swimbait setup for bass, so I think it should have the ooomph. However, I never use leaders. So - I need help here. What leader material (stainless, Ti), weight class and length should I use?

TIA!

Most people tie their own. I use 80# seagar fluorocarbon and tie about a 18-24" leader to a barrel swivel and a snap for casting

If you don't want to buy all the stuff to tie your own, there are decent fluorocarbon leaders available at the Gander Mt. in Mentor. 80 lb fluorocarbon leaders, they are $5.99 for the two tied.

I tie my own, mostly because of toothy saltwater fish but I use one now when trolling lakes where there are muskie. I like making my own tackle too.

I'd think a metal leader would be a bit much since neither muskie or pike have interlocking teeth. I read about a lot of bass fishermen catching muskie, I know they aren't using any leader for bass.
