Can't do much for you on the perch scene, but nothing beats a brisket sandwich at Corky and Lenny's in Beachwood. Authentic Jewish deli. Also worth trying is Jack's in University Heights near John Carroll University. Both places offer New York style deli sandwiches and pickles that are to die for.
