Default Stupid Mice

Just found a hole in my Shappell DX 3000. Any ideas about a good patch kit. It,s a small hole, about the size of a mouse.

I piece of duct tape on both sides will work. If you know somebody with an industrial sewing machine a small patch isn't that big a job.You need to take the tarp off the sled after each season, wash and fold. Place in a plastic bag with a couple of dryer sheets inside. I read an article many years ago about the dryer sheets and have never had a mouse make a condo out of my canvas while in storage................Mark

Bassmastermjb

Thanks for the dryer sheet idea.

Found a patch kit on line, I think it'll work.

It must be something with the shappell materials, I lost one a couple of years ago when mice really tore through it.

Default It's Yours

Lash-- The Shappell ice house 6000 has been ordered. Had to get it at Fish307.com. I’m done with Reed’s, they will not answer my e-mails asking about shipping charges.

Come and get the DX 3000 if you want it. Going to Cabela’s in the morning. Going after the patch kit for it.

I tried dryer sheets in my boat and they made a nest out of them...
