Thanks OGF and "The Cleveland Boat & Waterfront Lifestyle Expo" for honoring this great catch. I only found out that I was angler of the month from another member congratulating me.

I caught this 31.5 inch fresh hen using a center pin on the westside in a stocked tributary. A digital scale was used to verify the weight of just over 10 pounds and a tape measure streamside. This fish put up a nice fight since it was fresh from the lake. She heated up my finger on a couple good runs since a center pin has no drag system (only your hand ). I was using salmon eggs in a pink sack. I wish more were this size
