How do you keep your broadheads razor sharp

I' am always looking for better ways do things and here is one thing I think could be a help to allot of first time archery hunters. So how do you keep that razor edge on your heads as well as how often do you re-do them even if you do not use them? Also how sharp is sharp and how do you test your sharpness?
