odd site navigation problem
never had this happen before. back button doesnt work occasionally.
sometimes when i hit the "back" arrow button to move back from a specific thread, it doesnt work. instead of the destination being "lounge" for example ("back" from a thread within the lounge), the destination for the back button is ad:doubleclick.net or something like that. i get stuck on the thread and have to close the browser down or find some other way around it.
is this a problem on my end or with this site?
thanks.

You aren't alone and I had the same thing on another site too. I thought maybe it was my computer.

I don't think the problem is this site if you are talking about the back arrow(button) on Internet Explorer not taking you to the previous page.
I think you have a computer problem, malware, etc

only on OGF
It happens to me once in a while, and only when I am on on OGF.

Have you tried right clicking the back button? You get a dropdown list of your past browses. --Tim

Been doing it here for a couple days. After hitting green arow back it freezes, so I click on OGF Forums in the header and it's fine from then on. OGF is the only place it happens.

Been happening to me as well, here and one other site. If I hit the drop down, sometimes I have to go back 20-30 "pages" to get to where I was. It's not as often here at it is on the other site. IE 7 for me.

Me too. I have IE-9 on two PCs and it's doing it on both, but only on OGF.
Might be related to the unpredictable "Mark Forums Read" tool. Sometimes it remembers...sometimes it don't.

I closed my browser and came back in. No problem now. But yeah, it's been unpredictable like that.
