any luck on the lmr

I have been getting my ass handed to me on the little miami this year. I have been doing good in the feeder creeks but the river has crushed me this year so far. I have tried below riffles, in riffles and above riffles and haven't been able to pull any smallmouth out. I mainly fish south lebanon down to loveland stretch. If anyone else fished this stretch have you had any luck?

I haven't either. I'm not a very experienced fly fisherman yet so I was thinking it was just me. I'm not gonna lie though it makes me feel a little better to hear somebody else is having the same results I am. I'm wondering if the hot temps and blue bird skies have turned them nocturnal lately?
