am i reading this right you have to have a valid hunting licsence 2012 to enter

I'm pretty sure they do that to kinda restrict the animal rights activists from applying for the controlled hunts then not going out, thus fewer animals being killed.

Why wouldn't a person need a hunting license to hunt?

they want to try and cut down the number of people who were entering non-hunting friends and family members and then transfering the permits.

yep.. i know guys that enter there dogs ....i never waist my time or money ..
