MMMM! Now that looks tasty! Makes me jealous since I'm fresh out of cheeks and that's a dish you can't get at a restaurant. Guess I'll have to catch more this weekend.

how'd you cook them, i tried that on the grill and the cheeks got cooked way before the bacon was done. i like my bacon crispy. i think next time im going to par cook the pig then wrap the cheeks.

Wrapped them tight with a piece of sweet onion, scewred them and slow grill on top rack. Amazing. All half dollar sized cheeks.

Looks great! I never pass up Walleye in any form... except yellow perch which is pure heaven.
