Anyone still picking up crappies up there. Dad and I are planning on heading up this afternoon probably gonna fish from shore at either greenbower or price st. Or is it a waste of time?

I was there from a boat on sunday, we got 4 total crappies 3 of which were keeper size. We got them next to the 225 bridge on jigs with minnows. Overall pretty good day, Good luck!!
Fished it yesterday 11-3 from a boat, ended up with 3 keeper crappie. It was tough to find a place to fish due to the wind. The water temp was dropping as the day went on.
was out this morning for about 2 hours, did pretty well on crappie.....probably caught about 20, then took off.....got there about 6 45 this morn.....will be out again once there weather is a little more consistent, and the wind isnt too bad.....
Kernal83 if you wade, try dead end of German Church east of 225. If they're not in the trees yet then cast a bobber directly out from the trees about 5-10 ft.
Waded that area couple of days ago. The fish were holding just off the trees. Fished about 3 1/2 hours. Caught about 30 in 6 different spots. Kept 15 that were 11" or better.
German Church was productive during the warm spell but the shallow fish have dropped back into deeper water again..once the weather stablizes the bite should pick up again.

Any more details??? In the brush, over brush, around pilings???
