I fished a private pond for about 3 hours and had a great time.
I pulled 12 in keepers that were 8"+ and nice and thick, I also threw back 6-7 that just were "just under" so it was a good morning of fishing.
As for my question.
When I cleaned the bluegills I noticed that the meat had Black "dots" in it. Are these normal? If you were to take a pen and press it into a pad of paper, that would be about the size they are. Some of the fish seem to have a higher concentration of the dots than others.
I normally don't keep fish, and just wanted to make sure this was normal.
